      Don’t worry! We have a Precision Fit Promise! At OPRO, our ultimate goal is to ensure you are satisfied with every OPRO product you purchase. We understand the importance of a perfect-fitting mouthguard for your comfort and protection. In the improbable event that you find yourself dissatisfied with the fit of your purchase, our dedicated customer support team is ready to assist you.

    • How long will it take to receive my order?

      If you order a bespoke Instant Custom-Fit mouthguard, our standard lead times are 7-10 working days and your mouthguard will then be dispatched with Standard Delivery unless you have chosen an alternative method.

    • Can you wear a mouthguard over braces?

      We have a range of mouthguards suitable for those who wear fixed braces, check out the range here. 

    • How can I clean my mouthguard?

      We suggest using our OPRO Dental Pod to ensure your mouthguard is getting a clinical-grade clean after each use. A chemical-free way of removing 99.99% of odor-causing bacteria and lifting stains in as little as 5 minutes.

       

      Alternatively, you can use our OPRO Cleaning Tablets to ensure your mouthguard stays hygienically clean and minty fresh or warm water to wash your mouthguard. Do not use toothpaste or anything abrasive as this will cause damage to your mouthguard.

    • Which design should I choose?
